"Every person in the Cecil staff made us feel special. It will be unfair on my part to miss names of the staff members but unfortunately don't recall all the names. Starting from the hotel Valet to Concierge to check in by Ankita to introduction to the smiling & ever helpful Deepika. These all people along with group of others were genuinely friendly and caring. Also thanks to the beautiful girl in the kids activity room (Brown eyes - sorry dont recall name but she is from Shimla!!) who gave us...
