The room is a bit old and need redecorations. Restaurant and spa are too crowded in my stay period. We have been overcharged the Carpark fee as we were required to pay at reception and carpark exits.

I highly recommend this hotel. The attention to detail is amazing and great value for money. There are so many things to highlight: the free kimonos that everyone is wearing, complimentary drinks, complimentary ice cream after the amazing Onsen, complimentary massage chairs, complimentary Ramen soup ...
