何度かクリスタルグループさんを利用させていただいていて、今回初めての施設を利用させていただきました。急遽の旅行だった為リーズナブルな値段設定に惹かれて予約させてもらいました。 今まで宿泊したⅡや、別荘とは違いキッチンが狭かったことやダイニングがない事など不便さは感じてしまいました。 ただスタッフの方々、皆さん親切でこちらの要望に最大限応えていただき感謝しております。 パンダに会う為、年に1〜２回は白浜旅行しておりましたので、今後減るとは思いますが、機会がありましたらまたクリスタルグループさんの宿にお世話になりたいと思います。 大変お世話になりましてありがとうございました。

新しい施設のため、とても新しく綺麗でした。 コンドミニアムなのでキッチンもありましたが料理するためのテーブルがなかったのが残念でしたが、1泊であれば問題なしでした。

快適には程遠かったです

102号室に泊まりました。 まず、施設提供の画像と異なっていたのが テーブルと椅子がなかった事、シャワーベッドがミラブルではなく普通のものでした。 その他は、キッチンにも部屋にもゴミ箱がなく、ゴミ袋だけ置かれていました。 食器は用意されているが、 食器洗剤はありません。 電気ポットも寝室のコンセントを使うので 床に置いて沸かす事に。 テレビはアンテナを接続していないので地デジやBSは見られません。 クローゼットのハンガーがクリーニング店が使う針金のチープなハンガー2本。 一番苦痛なのが 両隣、上階の生活音、話し声、いびきが響き渡った事です。
