“We stayed twice at the property. The first night was fine, so we expected the same for a return night. The staff were pleasant but they didn’t respond to the house phone when it was after hours when we called to report that the room (“lodge”) the second night smelled of cigarette smoke, and was next to a very noisy neighbor. Fortunately a non-staff family member happened to come by and fetched the same lovely reception person. She switched us back to the room we had previously. Although it now...

“Property called “Canopy Treehouses”. My booking stated “Deluxe Cabin” but upon arrival found we had been allocated a caravan that had an “eco toilet” (hole in the ground) that you couldn’t flush. I expected a treehouse in the trees. This was a birthday present for my Husband so was disappointed & thought it very expensive for what we got. Not recommended.”
