“Very disappointing and unpleasant experience. The cleanliness standards at this hotel were terrible. It seemed like the bedsheets had never been changed — they were dusty and did not feel clean at all. There was dust everywhere, and to make things worse, there were cockroaches throughout the hotel, which was completely unacceptable making the overall experience even worse. Customer service and basic cleanliness should be a priority, but this place failed badly in both areas. I would not...

“I had a wonderful stay in this lovely twin room. The room was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. They even helped me carry my shopping, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. “체크인때 노골적으로 팁을 바라는 태도는 별로였음. 첫날 방 창문이 고장으로 안닫혀서 밤새 거리소음으로 힘들었음 - 말해서 다음날 수리해줌. 커튼이 창문크기와 똑같아서, 주름때문에 완전히 창문을 가리지 못함 - 맞은편 사무실에서 충분히 보일 수 있음. 수건이 모두 어두운 흰색임. 이외에는 불편함 없음.”
