“I had a wonderful stay in this lovely twin room. The room was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. They even helped me carry my shopping, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. “Very disappointing and unpleasant experience. The cleanliness standards at this hotel were terrible. It seemed like the bedsheets had never been changed — they were dusty and did not feel clean at all. There was dust everywhere, and to make things worse, there were cockroaches throughout the hotel, which was completely unacceptable making the overall experience even worse.
