“Best property on Shoal Bay! Location was fantastic, staff was fantastic, our villa had EVERYTHING we needed!!!! So sad to leave.”

“Everything about this hotel felt luxurious. The staff was amazing especially the young man on the beach with the towels and at the beach bar. Our room had the most incredible balcony and sea view and the largest bathroom I’ve seen in a hotel. We had one major issue however and that was the tv’s. They kept disconnecting and we had to call the maintenance 4 times for this issue. In the end we had no tv as the issue was persistent and was tired of them having to come to the room and it not...

“The cottages are steps from the beach and the views are breathless. It’s very quiet and a 15 minute walk on the beach from Shoal Bay.”

“Beautiful grounds and the staff were Amazing! So gracious and wonderful- every single person working there was great!”

“Very clean rooms”

“Very spacious home-away-from-home suite with refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle and coffeeemaker. Also had plates and cutlery etc. Am tld that each suite is different. Very quiet with a view of the sea. Highly recommend.”

“The location is perfect. Staff was extremely helpful accommodating our many request.”

“stayed there in previous years, the hotel would need some upgrade. not to make it luxury, but not so „run out“. maybe depends on room you stay in, they have different standards/settings… location is quiet and probably most beautiful beach/spot, very private and relaxing.”

“The staff went above and beyond to help us after we had some travel difficulties which made us initially miss our stay. Patricia and the whole staff are amazing. They helped us with reservations for restaurants, taxis, and boats. The resort is obviously top notch, but the staff is what makes this place really shine. Very thankful for the hospitality shown to my wife and I from everyone we worked with.”
