"Our first time visiting Mackinaw City and I had my concerns after hearing how questionable the majority of the hotels were! We were traveling with our 2 teenage kids & booked teenage larger room: 2 queens & pullout sofa w balcony. Good shower; updated. Definitely met our needs (spacious) & had an amazing view! Yes, our balcony had bugs, but thats with anything thats outside! While the layout of the property is a bit unique, it was well maintained for its size! The breakfast room was very clean and had nice options & good coffee! Very convenient to shopping & Arnold's Ferry! (5 min walk!) Honestly, I'd stay here again! Thanks Best Western for a great stay!"

"We drove right to this lovely hotel. Check in was so fast and friendly, parking was simple. The walls are a bit thin and we were on the ground floor and some people don’t walk gingerly but that is no fault of the owners. We took a walk through all of the shops and bought some treats. What a pleasant area! We will go back."
