Bally’s Shreveport Casino and Hotel
The hotel was dirty. We had black mold on the wall which was the bathroom on the other side. Had a man following us around the casino and couldn’t find any staff or security to help. Would never go back!

Hilton Shreveport
The second bed was dirty. The pool was suppose to be hot it wasn’t and I was lied to at checkin. The shower was not hot. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work. For the money that I paid to stay at this Hilton. I was highly disappointed.
