I want to mention the staff first. They were friendly, hospitable and so helpful. A special mention to the lady at reception who helped me with an issue on Ali pay. She went out of her way to help me. Thank you. Now for the hotel, which was absolutely beautiful, in a convenient area. Close enough to the subway and about 15 minute walk to Tian’anmen square. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast plentiful, catering by for all tastes. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I was lucky enough to return to Beijing.
