"Property is in the middle of nowhere. No food options and 7-11 shops nearby. Must use a motorbike or car to ge anywhere. Property lacks any amenities. Units are detached and can accomodate 1-2 people. The TV is basic with no options to stream. The bathroom is run down and desperately needs a renovation. When you flush the toilet the bowl leaks. Much better accomodation options in Phuket. Should only stay if no other options available."

"A little apprehensive when we first approached and checked in. But that soon went away when we went into our mini apartment. It was great and in fantastic condition. We stayed in the Viva property which im guessing was quite new. Staff were super friendly. Value for momey was extremely good."
