"recently stayed at this so-called 5-star hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The food quality was quite poor and far below what you would expect from a hotel of this level. The animation/entertainment team was also underwhelming and did not provide enjoyable activities.
What surprised me the most was that many services required extra charges, even though the hotel claims to be “all inclusive.” Staff frequently asked for additional payments for things that should have been included, which made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating.
Overall, this hotel does not live up to its 5-star rating or its all-inclusive concept. I would not recommend it to others."
"Aura Boutique Hotel made my stay truly enjoyable. The cleanliness was excellent, and everything was well taken care of. The owner, İbrahim Bey, was very kind, helpful, and genuinely attentive to his guests.
The quality is very high for the price. The breakfast was delicious, and the Turkish coffee was a wonderful treat. Having breakfast with a view of the Side Open-Air Museum and the sea made the experience even more special.
I would definitely recommend it."
"Leyla in guest services and Alpine and Mehmet at the front desk made great efforts to adjust for a slight booking error by Expedia.
Many of the staff speak english and the rest have a wonderful smile and pleasant manner - charades to communicate for a back up plan - all good.
The food is off the charts, lots of fresh salads and deserts. Plenty of main course choices and although not much of a drinker myself - decent beer and wine.
The are feels safe for a walk in the neighbourhood or along the Mediterranean shore. "
"Food is average, sea is great but entrance to the water is full of big rocks so not good, staff at the reception is very rude, we had some issues with the room it was full of bugs and only after big argument with the reception they put us in the different room. Would not recommend this hotel and will not travel again."
