Peaceful and serene ocean views from inside or from the patio! Even steps down to the water!! Quiet area explorable by foot and by car. The house is quite comfortable. I enjoyed my time here very much! Thank you!!

I loved my stay here! The views of the inlet sea are beautiful. Located in a quiet area. Kayaking available too. Easy flat local walks to take. Good for quiet contemplation and a good base for exploring the Saanich Peninsula. This home had everything I needed including a kitchen. I especially appreciated the great shower, comfy sofa and bed. Thank you so much to my host Ken!!

Incredible location and property amenities! We really felt like guests in this cozy waterfront apartment. Furniture was comfortable and in good condition, the pantry and fridge were stocked with multiple breakfast and coffee/tea options and the view and beach access are really exceptional. We’ll be back!

Best Place
The best place we've been so far. The hosts are very friendly and accomodating and they let us use their kayak, canoe, paddle board, small boat for free anytime we want. The place is sparkling clean and pantry and fridge is full.

Amazing view and amazing value
If the view wasn’t enough to sell you, this is an entire suite with breakfast included. Family friendly and located on a small secluded beach. Ken and Linda were tremendous hosts.

Gorgeous location. Very comfortable beach house. Friendly yet not overbearing hosts. Provided a perfect mix of warm, welcoming, and allowed us space to enjoy the house in private. Terrific and generous homemade breakfast. Pantry nicely stocked with teas, coffee, and hot cocoa. Everything was all that we could have hoped. Many thanks to the proprietors!

Curious nomad
The inlet B&B is an excellent escape/ relief from the stress and worries of the daily grind. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Spacious. Cozy. Picturesque. Free to use Kayak, SUP, canoe with the provided safety gear. Homemade hot breakfast with an assortment of fresh fruit salad. Friendly, accomodating and knowledgeable owner. My only small complaint is a stair section that you pass as you go to the room. It can be a nuisance. 10min from swartz bay & sidney harbors. 30min to victoria. 20min to legit mtb trails. I drove my own car however inlet is Accessible by public bus. Good for families or couples. It was tempting not to explore victoria and stay in. Id stay here again... longer.

Delightful B&B by the sea in a secluded setting. Full beach experience together with free use of kayaks. Charming quarters with all necessary amenities and a delicious breakfast. Hosts Linda and Ken were gracious and highly informative. Location just a short 10 min. drive to ferry and busy Sidney.

We had a great vacation at this beach paradise. Linda and Ken made us feel welcome right from the moment we arrived (late in the evening). Everything in their unit is well designed to give the most comfortable beach vacation. We enjoyed kayaking and playing board games on their patio. Linda's breakfasts were delicious. Highly recommended to everyone. Thank you Linda and Ken!

Beautiful Bungalow on the Beach
We were so very pleased with our stay! Our gracious hosts offered a very clean, comfortable, and beautiful place to stay. The kitchen was well stocked. The kitchen was well maintained. The shower was spacious. The view is astounding. We had full access to the beach. The hosts provide kayaks, a canoe, and a stand-up paddleboard...and we utilized them all! We saw seals, eagles, fish, jellyfish, hummingbirds, and so much more. We didn't want to leave the room because we had such a beautiful place to enjoy. We will definitely be returning to this quiet gem on the beach. Oh...and the breakfast! So much delicious food and I am still savoring those scones!

Not my cup of tea!
Not my type of place! A sandy beach is advertised, turns out to be a large rectangle of sand with no beach/water access! Situated on gorgeous Tampa Bay, all there is for surroundings is a crummy little warm pool with a boring beach bar and the sandbox beach. Huge parking garage visible throughout property overwhelms any attempt at landscaping. The units are super but getting to yours may be a long hike that feels like you are walking along th epleats of an accordion. Thanksfully the rooms are very clean and the balcony door opens and may overlook some mangroves or the Bay. The staff seem bored and robotic, except for the van drivers, who exhibit good personality.

So peaceful and beautiful
The suite was fabulous overlooking the ocean with a private deck and a beach In a calm bay with kayaks and SUP boards complete with life jackets and water shoes. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great Highly recommended !!!! Only a short drive from Sidney and Victoria Airport but best to have a car to get there (car rentals are cheaper than cabs there)

Lovely B&B one bedroom suite with private entrance
Love this peaceful, place with the ocean beach for a backyard. Amazing setting, friendly owners, delicious homemade breakfasts. Minutes from the ferries and airport. Very affordable. I highly recommend it!

Lovely B&B for a day in Victoria
As lovely and quaint as prior guests promised. Amazing views of bay and surrounding beauty.Friendly hosts, Linda and Ken, provided all the comforts of home: plenty of hot beverages, clean and cozy beds and updated bath with robes! Hot delicious delivered breakfast was the best. Wish we had stayed longer.

Lovely suite overlooking the bay
This was such a lovely place to stay Linda and Ken were very welcoming and lent us kayaks to use to explore the bay. The room was very comfortable and we wished we had had more than one night in this charming spot.

I should say this B&B was in a perfect location, breakfast was delicious, hosts were welcoming, and suite was private and immaculate, but if I say all of those things everyone will want to stay here and there won't be room for us when we want to come back. I will say, "Thanks so much, Linda and Ken. If we ever make it back to the Island, we hope to stay there again!"
