"I really liked this hotel, quite ununlike most other hotels; seems more like a private retreat, and it conveys a sense of peace and calm. Not exactly in a mainstream location but if you need accomodation in this area, I highly reccomend this place."

"The apartment itself was great, well-designed, well-equipped, and very clean. Everything else was a nightmare. Online check-in didn't work. When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. "Im Allgemeinen kann ich nur sagen, dass dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen ist! Als ich dort ankam, wurde mir ein Zimmer zugeteilt, welches nicht meiner Buchung entsprach. Darauf angesprochen, wollte man mir weis machen, dass ich überhaupt nicht das Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht hätte, auf Grund des "geringen" gezahlten Preises.
