그리운 캄보디아
혼자 간 출장이라 무섭고 외로울줄 알았습니다. 그러나 호텔 스텝들의 친절로 인해 정말 재밌는 출장을 다녀오게 된거 같습니다. 톡톡 서비스 덕분에 구석구석 잘 다닌거 같아요. 일몰 보러 갔는데 해가 구름에 가려 못봤더니 미안하다고 물도 사주시고, 도로에 먼지가 많이 날리니 마스크를 써라고 마스크도 주시고.. 체크아웃 하는 날은 기념품 스카프도 주셨어요. 그리고 톡톡으로 픽업 픽드랍 다 해주셨고, 현지 전화기를 주셔서 통화도 무리없이 잘 할 수 있었습니다. 제가 간 날은 새해여서 차가 엄청 밀렸었는데, 융통성있게 오토바이로 데려다 줘서 교통체중 걱정없이 잘 다녀왔네요. 다음엔 어머니 모시고 꼭 다시 오겠습니다. 정말 캄보디아 그립습니다. 감사했습니다!

서비스 최고입니다. 세심한 부분까지 신경써 주고 정말 친절해요. 펍스트리트 가는 툭툭을 제공해주기 때문에 편하게 갈 수 있습니다. 공항에서도 픽업해줬구요. 조식도 맛있고 호텔 매우 청결합니다. 같이 간 일행들 모두 별5개 주고싶다고 할 정도로 만족했습니다^^ It was the best service I ever had. The service of the hotel were very solicitous and its staffs were all kind. They offer free tuk tuk service hotel to pub street, so you can get there easily.

Loved it so much didn’t want to leave
From the moment we arrived we were so happy to be staying at this hotel. First of all, the staff go above and beyond in their friendliness and service. Staff are always smiling and provide quick answers. The hotel also offers a free return tuktuk service once a day which we found very useful. Walking through the lobby to the room area you feel like walking into your own lush tropical garden with a pool in the center. Very private, serene, and a perfect place to relax. Rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, however one issue is that the lights are quite dim. Not a problem during the day with the windows open but at night it’s a bit hard to see. Breakfast was filling with a various selection of Western or Asian. Overall, cannot recommend this hotel enough, especially for what you get for the value.

Amazing service
This hotel is a little out of the way bit so worth staying at. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and clean and the free tuktuk service handles the problem of getting to and from the hotel nicely. It was great having the little cellphone to call reception to pick you up as you didnt have to find a tuktuk and haggle the price etc. I can't wait to stay there again.

静かで食事も美味しくスタッフの対応が最高
食事は値段も手ごろでとても美味しかったです。 部屋もとても広くきれいでゆっくりできました。 シャワーが一定の時間がたつとぬるくなるのが困りました。 ホテルスタッフの対応も言葉はわかりませんが、気持ちが伝わりました。 ホテルへ向かう際最後の道が舗装されて無いのが大変です（ツクツクの場合）が このホテルを選んで大変良かったです。

とてもいいホテルでした！ アンコールワットや街からは少し距離があり現地で知り合った人からは散々文句を言われましたが、空港からは無料のトゥクトゥク送迎がありましたし、街への移動も頼めばチップなしで送っていただけたので特に問題はありませんでした。 ただここで皆さんが仰っているように、大通りから入った道がものすごくデコボコしていてトゥクトゥクでも車でも左右に大きく揺られました。これはこれで楽しめると思いますが（笑） 部屋は清潔感があって居心地が良かったです。3泊しましたが毎回新しい水が用意されていましたし部屋も綺麗に整頓されていました。スリッパという名のビーサン、バスローブ的なもの、タオル、ドライヤーなども常備されていてよかった！ 朝食も多すぎず少なすぎずといった感じです。朝からガッツリ食べる男性には物足りないかもしれません。 そしてなにより従業員の方が素敵！常に笑顔で丁寧な対応、日本のようなおもてなしの心があって安心して宿泊することができました。

Beautiful hotel
We really liked our stay at Bunwin boutique hotel. The room was nice and clean and decorated with modern furniture. We enjoyed the pool and the peaceful garden. The hotel staff was very friendly and made us feal welcome. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Great experience!
Wonderfully designed hotel with big, spacious rooms and a swimming pool set in a luscious tropical garden. The hotel staff gave 100% and we were able to relax perfectly after visiting the temples or city area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommend Bunwin hotel to travellers seeking something stylish and special.

ホテルのスタッフが常に笑顔で小さいホテルなので、全員が顔を覚えていてくれ、癒されました。少しトゥクトゥクとトラブっても仲裁に入ってくれ助かりました。 ホテルへの道は全く分からなかったが、常に送迎があるため安心でした。 ただ網戸がないため、窓開けたら蚊がいっぱい入ってきました。

Quiet boutique hotel with a modern edge
Tucked away down a dusty lane off the main street in Siem Reap, The Bunwin is a gem. Enormous rooms open off a swimming pool set in a delightfully designed tropical garden. The main building has the lobby and bar at ground level and restaurant above overlooking the pool. The individual rooms have spartan concrete walls and floor, with a spa bath in the room (sounds odd but it works). Each with separate bathroom with shower and toilet. While it is located away from the central tourist area, the Bunwin gives their guests a mobile phone which you can use to call their tuk-tuk driver to come and collect you from wherever you are, or arrange a collection time. So you have the advantage of accessibility and quietness

Wonderful boutique hotel
We spent 5 days at the Bunwin boutique hotel. It was a wonderful experience. The young staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The pool and garden were quiet and we looked forward to returning for a swim in the pool after a hot day touring the ruins. Our room was palatial, clean and with a comfortable king size bed. The breakfasts were great as was the one dinner we ate there. It is a little out of town, which we liked. And we did not ever feel inconvenienced as the free tuk tuk rides to and from our destinations were always available in a timely fashion.

Nice hotel in the wrong location
We felt that the hotel itself was very nice but far from town in undeveloped area, dirt road and nothing around. There is a free Tuktuk ride to town but only till 10:30PM, so if you decide to stay in town longer you'll have to get your own ride but the drivers don't know where the hotel is and you will need to show them the way

Perfect little hideaway
I really enjoyed my stay at the Bunwin. The rooms are really nice. I loved the layout, they were kind of set up in a very contemporary style. I didn't expect such a beautiful bathroom. Excellent layout, the staff were so kind. The breakfast was only OK.

周りには何もないし、たどり着くには未舗装の細い小道を行く必要もある。メインストリートにも夜は歩いていけないほど暗い。周りには何もない代わりに、間違っても団体客はこないであろう静かさがとてもいい。また、繁華街へも空港へも無料で送迎してくれる（携帯電話も貸してくれる）事はたいへんうれしい。ツアーも受付可能で、私たちは最終日にタプローム経由で空港まで送ってくれました（有料）。その際、ドライバーが30分遅刻しましたが、その間、無料のココナッツジュースを出してくれるなどもてなしを感じました。

Ruhige saubere und freundliche Oase.
Sehr schöne kleine Anlage die etwas Abseits von der Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt und daher sehr ruhig ist. Ein kostenloser Shuttleservice vom und zum Flughafen, sowie zur Pub Street oder zum Markt runden das Angebot ab. Sehr netter und Hilfsbereiter Service. Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich aber lecker. Insgesamt tolle kleine Oase.

Notre séjour à l'hôtel Bunwin s'est très bien passé, le staff est extrêmement serviable et est au petit soin pour ses clients. Il est situé un peu à l'écart de la rue principale et l'ambiance y est vraiment paisible. Par ailleurs l'hôtel propose un service gratuit de tuk-tuk pour vous emmener et vous rechercher au centre ville (avec l'aide d'un téléphone portable que l'hôtel vous prête) qui est un plus très appréciable. La piscine est grande et très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Bref, mes amis et moi avons passé un excellent séjour. Une mention spéciale au manager de l'hôtel qui a été très professionnel.

Hidden Gem
A fab, tiny hotel out of the hustle and bustle of central Siem Reap. Room was huge, pool delightful and free tuk tuk transport was provided to downtown and the airport. Staff were very helpful and arranged day trips to the temples for us.

トゥクトゥクの送迎サービスはとても便利
ブティック・ホテルはバガンに次いで二度目。団体客に煩わされず、アットホームな気分で過ごすには最高です。立地はシェムリアップ中心部より少し離れた場所にあり不便そうですが、ホテルスタッフが２４時間、市内どこへでも送迎してくれるので、逆に便利です。街場のトゥクトゥクとの煩わしい値段交渉も必要ありません。部屋は広く、清潔です。朝食メニューは多くありませんが、特に不満はありません。プールもあり、暑い午後はプールサイドでゆっくり過ごすのも良いかもしれません。総合的にとても満足できるホテルでした。

とても満足しています。
市街地から少し離れているのは不便だったが、市街地での観光や食事にも無料のTuk-Tukサービスを活用できたのでありがたかった。 果物・野菜が豊富な食事はとてもおいしく、部屋も清潔で快適だった。 そして何よりスタッフのみなさんの笑顔とホスピタリティがとても印象に残っている。 とても満足しています。ありがとうございました。

Good facilities, fantastic staff
This place is tucked out of the way but it is a quiet little oasis away from downtown. Free tuktuk use around town, free Khmer massage with 4 night stay, beautiful room at reasonable price, nice pool etc etc all part of the charm. But the real winner was the staff. Friendliest I've encountered in over 30+ countries visited. They really made the stay a pleasure.

Staff were very kind and helpful, although many struggled with English. Breakfast was very good, rooms big but quite minimalist. Free Tuk tuk into town and back and they give you a cell phone so they can pick you up again - you felt safe and looked after. The hotel is located at the poor side of the city outskirts so don't be alarmed when you first arrive and turn down a dark rubble lane!

また、利用したいホテルです。
このホテルを選んだのは口コミがよかったからですが、口コミ通り大変心地の良いホテルでした。この地が初めてでしたので、他のホテルがわかりませんが、もっとよいホテルがあるのでは・・・なんていう欲が起こりませんでした。大通りから入るホテルまでが悪路ですが、ホテルが心地よいので、まったく問題ありません。むしろそのギャップが面白かったです。 　是非、またカンボジア旅行をしたいと思いますが、そこにはこのホテル滞在の心地よさが大きいように思います。特にホテルの従業員の皆さん一人一人に気配りがあり、私たちを温かくもてなしてくれます。本当にありがとうございました。

ホスピタリティのよいホテルでした
中心部からちょっと離れていますが、その分トゥクトゥクサービスがあります。 好きなときにホテルスタッフにお願いすると送迎してくれます。 また、その時には携帯電話を貸してくれるので戻るときも電話をすると迎えにきてくれます。 逆に中心部と幹線道路から離れているので、喧騒とは無縁の静かな場所を楽しめます。 ホテルの前は農家で牛や鶏などのほのぼのとした風景が広がります。 こじんまりとしたホテルなので部屋数は少ないですがスタッフは多めにいるので気軽にスタッフに相談できるのがよいです。 部屋は綺麗でこじゃれていますので、カップルなどにもよいと思います。

若い人向けだと思います。値段が安くてサービスが良い。英語が出来ない人には少しつらいと思います。大きな通りから少し入ったところにありますが、夜遅くチェックインした時はどこに連れて行かれるのか・・と夫婦で思ってしまいました。明るい時は大丈夫ですが・・・。くれぐれもびっくりしないように。

従業員のみなさんががとても親切で、快適に過ごすことができました。特に私たちを担当してたトゥクトゥクのドライバーさんが非常に素晴らしく、初めてのカンボジアを不安なく楽しく過ごすことができました。ホテルの周辺エリアは便利とは言えないものの、貸出携帯電話で連絡をすれば市内はどこへでも連れて行ってくれたので、英語が少しできれば不便はありません。

繁華街から少し離れていますが、無料のtuktukで送迎してもらえとても便利です。ただし毎日同じことを(帰りの飛行機の時間等)フロントで聞かれ、こちらがお願いしたことも引継ぎされているのか不安になります。日本語は全く通じません。 その他はチェックアウト後に別の部屋を使わせてくれるなどサービスのよいホテルでした。

Wir waren insgesamt 4 Tage in diesem ausgezeichneten Boutique Hotel.Das Frühstück gibt es à la carte, man hat die Wahl zw.asiatisch/continental/amerikanisch,abends haben wir nur einmal dort gegessen und es war lecker(Amok/curry), die Cocktails sind hervorragend,saubere geräumige Zimmer, schöner Poolbereich,perfekter Service..man kann (da das Hotel etwas abseits liegt) auf Wunsch einen kostenlosen Shuttle ins Zentrum/old market/Night market/pubstreet bekommen und ruft einfach auf dem hoteleigenen Handy an,wo man wieder abgeholt werden möchte (diesen Service gibt's bis 22.30Uhr)...alle Tempeltouren über das Hotel gebucht,hat perfekt geklappt( zw.18-32€/d, ohne guide nur Fahrer)....hervorzuheben ist das stets aufmerksame und freundliche Personal......und ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk gab es auch noch ;)

素晴らしいサービス
スタッフの皆さんは常に笑顔で親切に対応して頂き、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。部屋も清潔。TUKTUKの無料サービスも、毎回笑顔で応じてくれるので、気兼ねなく毎日利用することができました。この価格でこのサービス、清潔さ。素晴らしいと思います。数少ない残念だった点： ホテルの前の路地は状態が非常に悪く、ホテル周辺の散歩はあきらめました。お湯はしばらく出し続けるとぬるくなりバスタブに暑いお湯を溜めることができませんでした。

Staff are very efficient, friendly. Clean and comfortable hotel and provide free shuttle to airport and city area. Definitely will stay at this hotel again.

スタッフの方がすごく親切！
朝から観光へ行く時には朝ごはんをランチボックスに詰めてくださったり、一日に2回ベットメイキングをしてくださったりと至れり尽くせりでした。街中までのトゥクトゥクの送迎もしてくださるので、少し街中からは離れていますが不便に感じた事はありませんでした。お迎えも電話をすればすぐに来てくださいます。また、深夜11時頃に次の日1日車をチャーターしたいと伝えたら3件くらい電話をかけて探して下さいました。またその運転手さんも親切な方で....流しのトゥクトゥクは不安ですが、このホテルの方が準備してくれるトゥクトゥクや車の運転手はどの方も親切な方で、ホテルにお願いして本当に良かったです。また行く事があれば絶対ブンウィンブティックにします！

スタッフの対応、居心地すごく良かったです。 ただ、シーツ毎日変えて欲しかったな。 食事がすごく美味しい

Excellent Services
First come across such a good services provided by the hotel. ie. Free transfer (Airport and city), Free mobile (once you finished shopping just give them a call and they will come and pick-up within 15 min), variety of breakfast. Staffs can speak good English and will advise where to go and suggest which restaurant to go. Very patient to answer all your questions. Always show smiling face.

超值的服務
到達飯店的晚上享用了晚餐，不算大的閣樓，溫暖的光線，四周沒有城市的嘈雜，只有夏夜裡的蛙鳴陪伴，一路的疲憊頓時消失。服務人員的微笑令人記憶深刻，硬體設施的功能與美感兼具，天光下的泳池是解放探遊古跡後的最佳去處。
