As it was Khmer New Year we blocked off the 2nd category of room for you as we were full, but you refused to move and wanted to stay in the same room which we understand after a long day of touring, but we had already blocked the room so charge for the higher category of room was necessary as we had already turned guests away to keep the room for you.
