Staff very helpful, hotel was fine but very dated. The bathroom felt a little bit grubby. Had a few issues with the keys which were eventually solved, but no major problems. Good location, near to a major bus stop to go into central Siena. It’s worth noting that buses are quite unreliable in the evening so you may have to get a taxi back to the hotel (10-12 euros ish).

Staff was most helpful and provided indications for visiting Siena. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the terrace outside where we had breakfast was lovely. Location is fine but you need a car to get to Siena.

This is a great hotel located just 10 minutes from downtown. Quiet neighbourhood with grape vines and olive trees. Restaurants and shopping a ten minute walk into the village. The hotel staff are all super friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again for sure!

The hotel is a great budget option very close to Siena with free parking and a good Continental breakfast. The staff were lovely and we enjoyed the spacious room and the lovely towels.

The place smelled like mold and mildew, the ceiling has leak stains and bathroom had mold. I couldn’t force myself to stay, was afraid I may get sick. Horrible experience! Ended up booking another hotel and left. Luca, the guy at the friend desk wouldn’t even give me the manager’s name.

O hotel é mais antigo, mas é limpo e organizado. O pessoal da recepção foi prestativo e atencioso durante toda a estadia. O café da manhã também estava muito bom, com variedade. O hotel possui estacionamento gratuito, o que para quem está viajando de carro é um grande diferencial. Tivemos uma boa experiência. Ótimo custo-benefício.

Hotel muito bom, localizado numa das entradas de Siena, com estacionamento incluído. Prédio grande, café da manhã muito bom. O quarto era de bom tamanho e tinha uma varandinha. Tem frigobar e TV. Banheiro completo e com amenidades. A única coisa ruim foram os colchões - horríveis ! Como pode um hotel daquele nível estar com os colchões tão ruins (duros, ondulados e velhos) ?

Nice relaxing atmosphere, helpful staff, lovely idea a free self-service Coffee Buffet in the hall , the choice of juices, different kinds of teas, sweet cakes at the disposition of he guests any time of the day. Good general impression. Green garden and neatly cut lawns surround the property, very quiet even though not far from the road. Big private parking is available for the guests with all types of vehicles, even the electric ones, since there is even an electric plug for charging.

For me the location is perfect, the hotel has a plenty of parking the car can be easily controlled. The staff is accomodating, the room is very up-to-date with 50' inches tv screen and fast wifi. Great price for great quality!
