Dear Mrs Theresa,thank you for your review.First of all we wish to inform you that it was not possible to allow you a late check-out, because we really were fully booked.We don't know why you say that we were not. Unless you had access to our files, but i don't believe so.The cleaning room service in our hotel ends at 13.00 o ' clock. So if you had stayed in your room until 16.00 in the afteroon, than it wouldn't have been possible to clean the room for the upcoming clients.On your check-in day, your room was perfectly clean, because the guests who previously stayed in that room, left the room in time.What if they asked for a late check out and when you had arrived your room was not cleaned?Beside that.it is sad for us to read an unsatisfactory review like yours only because we didn't allow you the late check out,In our opinion there are more serious reasons to write a bad review, when in fact you fully enjoyed your stay with us, as you had told us in person.,Why then, not to mention the great and varoius breakfast buffet in the morning full of several kinds of food and drinks, that you appreciated so much?The cleanliness of our rooms and the common areas?The good and typical tuscan food in our restaurant, where you ate on both evenings of your stay?The two open-air pools, our shuttle service to San Gimignano free of charge. the fitness room ?We deeply believe that we did our best to make you feel at ease and to let you have a pleasant stay.Believe me, if i say that every day we do our best to satisfy our clients' wishes, because it is the constant aim of our job.So pardon me, but it is depressing to read a disappointing review only because we didn't let you use the room for a few more hours.We are aware that bad reviews can happen and we accept them, but we hope it will for an important real reason.best regardsthe receptionlauraon behalf of the Failli family
