"Stunning hotel, very classy with very professional team and immaculate facilities and rooms. We were looking for a higher end hotel in Benidorm on the quieter side, south, of old town. The Murcure was great for that, and a better option for us than some of the similar bracketed properties on to the north of the old town, whilst still comfortably walkable around the main hotspots. We had a car, and onside parking was a bit pricey, but I found some safe street parking not far from the hotel and was comfortable leaving the car there with no issues. We would happily stay there again and had a fantastic stay. The deluxe room is highly recommended."

"We arrived quite late to check in for our room, but the check-in process was smooth. The young gentleman who was on reception was extremely helpful and gave us lots of information about Alicante and provided us with a map with useful tips of places to eat and drink. He also informed us that we could extend our room on the last day if we needed a late checkout. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The small terrace area outside our room was lovely to sit on in the evening. When it came to the date of our checkout I went to reception and spoke to a member of staff who explained that if we required our room until 6 pm we would be charged for an entire night stay which we were not told on our arrival I asked if there were showers. We could use later in the evening and the gentleman told me there was but upon returning to the hotel another gentleman on reception didn’t speak much English and did not understand the require requirement for a shower. We found out that there was no shower area and no towels to enable us to have a shower before we left the hotel. This is the only disappointing thing I found San Juan is a lovely area. The beach is beautiful and the walk down past the beach is lovely in the evening."

"So we booked online room only. The hotel itself is lovely very clean and well maintained and the room was suitable for our 3 night stay. The room had twin beds, shower, toilet, safe, TV, fridge and kettle and a very small balcony not big enough to sit in. The view isnt good you basically look out onto an alley (see photo) with a poor sea view. Towels were chabged every day and needs made up etc. Check in was easy. The lady on the desk did her best to upsell to us. This is where there is a big negative for the hotel. The lady upselled us breakfast saying it was usually €9.50 but on offer at €8 per person and promised English bacon and sausage etc. We paid and looked forward to it. However the breakfast was diabolical. It was served 7 til 11 we went at 10. Nothing left cereals run out, dry bread, coffee machine broken and the sausages well they were disgusting. No bacon. Everything was stone cold too. Went second day at 8.30am and no different it was not worth the money place next door does full engkish for less than €6. So don't get breakfast. Other than that the hotel is lovely and what is needed forna short stay."
