"Due to an unfortunate issue with accommodations upon our arrival, we booked the hotel the same day for a five-night stay. We are so glad that we did. We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff are warm and welcoming. We are especially grateful to the concierge, Jonny. He was delightful and so helpful with wayfinding, making arrangements, and offering perfect suggestions. The buffet breakfast is superb: it offers a wide variety of options especially for those with dietary needs or for those who enjoy a hearty meal and has an excellent barista. The cost is 20 euros per person. We dined at the elegant yet comfortably casual restaurant, Trotamundos, for two light dinners. It is a cosmopolitan hotel offering convenient parking (for a fee), located right by the train station, in walking distance of the tram, the El Cortes Ingles department store, and a supermarket across the street. It was comforting to return to this hotel after a long, hot day of sight-seeing."

"Great location, walkable to all areas of interest. Nice to hage a free coffee machine in the lobby. Our room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There was a large patch of damp on the ceiling, but otherwise the room was well kept. Would happily stay again."

"The location is amazing, walking distance to the Alcazar, the Cathedral, almost all the main sites, so you can easily take a siesta from the insane afternoon heat. Room was spacious as well. In terms of how clean/maintained it is, the single seater sofa still had leftover crumbs on the crevices from hopefully the previous guest. Towels were very thin."

"Nice spacious room with full bathroom and comfortable bed. Staff were communicative helpful and friendly. Valet parking especially convenient. Breakfast with made to order eggs was a treat at a fresh buffet breakfast! Fran left us a personal note, nice touch!"

"Great place to stay in Seville. But keep the uber/taxis in mind. Its quite from city center. Commuting there may set you back $60 at least. Great pool and breakfast buffet menu! Staff is great."
