Smukt SPA Hotel

Skøn sted, ligger meget smukt midt i naturen - rent, lyst miljø. Imødekommende personale, fin morgenmad. Aftensmad kedeligt. Vil gerne komme igen.

Lage top, Service FLOP

Sehr enttäuschender Service!! Zimmer zwar groß, aber sehr verwinkelt und stickig, Dachzimmer- Ventilator? Haben wir nicht! WLAN praktisch nicht vorhanden, auf Nachfrage ob man was machen kann: Das liegt an Ihnen, kann ich nix machen. Keine Nespresso Maschine im Zimmer: ab 21.00 Uhr Frage nach Kaffee: ne, geht nicht, schon alles abgestellt. 1Flasche Mineralwasser zur Begrüßung, dann 4.50€!!! (Wellness Hotel). Leselampe beleuchtet mehr schlafen wollenden Partner als das Buch. Jeden Tag wieder nach Name, Zimmer und Wünschen gefragt (Hotel hat 20 Zimmer!) null persönliches Flair. Chefin gefragt nach Verkehrslage Ende Wacken Open Air und Erreichen Flugzeug: Oh das ist eine berechtigte Frage, kläre es und melde mich.., danach 4x an uns vorbei ohne uns zu erkennen oder die Frage zu beantworten. Neben der fehlenden Wirksamkeit der Nachttischlampe bezüglich Lesen, muss man sich auch entscheiden, ob man Licht in der Nacht möchte oder etwas aufladen, da es nur eine Steckdose am Bett gibt und generell zu wenig. Das Restaurant und das Essen sind auch eher Durchschnitt. Und wieder: die Bedienung scheint sofort wieder zu vergessen wer man ist…Einzig die SPA Damen waren professionell. Fazit: Es herrscht ein gewisses Unverständnis ab der vielen guten Bewertungen, die ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen kann, Gastfreundlichkeit geht für mich anders. Im roten Haubarg jedoch- ca. 3 km entfernt, welches wir leider erst nach diversen Lundenbergweg Essen entdeckt haben, bester Service!

Fint hotel gode omgivelser ,fine strandstole uden for med god servering. Meget meget rent. Morgenmaden rigtig god. Aftenmaden kan let findes bedre på havnen i Husum. Dejligt område med svømme/sauna og ligge stole

Hygge og afslapning

Rigtig fint hotel med et meget afslappende spa-område. Ikke så mange spa-faciliteter, men helt perfekt til mange timers afslapning med skøn udsigt til naturen. Maden er god, men ikke prangende. Der er et menukort på engelsk, ellers er alt beskrevet på tysk. Personalet er meget venlige. Værelset var godt og virkede meget rent. Dog var der gulvtæpper, så måske var det derfor det lugtede lidt surt. Men god mulighed for at lufte ud og få frisk luft ind. Ville gerne komme igen :-)

Hyggeligt, pænt og rent. Smilende, venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Lækker morgenmad og rigtig god og lækker aftensmad i restauranten. Lækkert svømmeområde med indendørs pool, sauna, dampbad og opvarmet udendørs pool. Der mangler en spa.

Rustig gelegen

Als je rust zoekt zit je hier goed. Wij hadden kamer 23 en die was rustig gelegen. Wel erg gauw warm in de kamer. Kan maar 1 raam met hor opendoen. Andere ramen hadden geen hor. Het hele hotel is over het algemeen snel warm. Kamer erg schoon. Hadden probleem met douchekop maar dat werd snel opgelost. Jammer dat er geen ammenities zijn op de kamer (douchekap, nagelvijltje etc.etc.) zijn. Ook geen washandje/waslap aanwezig. Shampoo was er ook niet. Bij harde wind vanuit een bepaalde windrichting (west) maakt er buiten iets een vervelend/irritant geluid waardoor het lastig is om de slaap te vatten. Het hotel heeft geen loungeruimte wat wij een gemis vonden om 's avonds even lekker te zitten (lezen, spelletje doen etc...) Verder hadden wij een waterkoker op onze kamer, maar alleen voor thee te zetten. Geen koffie mogelijkheden. Fietsen die je zelf meeneemt kunnen helaas niet overdekt staan. Bij harde wind waaien ze om. Ontbijt is voldoende. Dinerkaart is klein maar ook afdoende. Het enige wat wij mistten was verse voldoende groente. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je moet wel een auto hebben om ergens te kunnen komen want in de directe omgeving is niks te vinden.
