The room had an amazing mountain view and a spacious balcony. The food was also delicious. The staff was also very cooperative and helpful.
The property was also recently launched, so all the room furnishings were neat, clean, and well-maintained.

Did my research online for a good hotel in Manali for my much needed family vacation in Himachal. Booked this hotel purely on the basis of reviews online. Was very pleased overall with this place. My room was 202 a premiere room which was allotted promptly on request since i had initially booked a delux room. โThe property is awesome yet new and the construction is still going on. so the hotel staff runs into hassles and issues once in a while.

โThis hotel claims to be 4-star however there was no heating in rooms in December. They charged exorbitant amount for rod heaters which were not heating the room.
Food was good and housekeeping staff was helpful.
This is fine for a 2-star hotel and should charge as such. โ
