“My first time coming to Egypt after many years of wanting to come and I finally booked and came, found coral sea aqua club and when I booked it I made a mistake of only booking a 5* hotel however after staying here for a week I have found out it is a 4* hotel, if 6* existed I would rate it 6*!!!! And amazing hotel with absolutely love friendly staff, I’ve had such a wonderful the food is amazing, the entertainment is brilliant, the rooms are clean and hygienic. “Room condition was horrible. Even there weren't shampoo and a door to the bath booth. Plus it was too old. At night I saw a cockroach. Too many guests but not enough staffes & towels. Some of staffes are not kind enough. I read reviews about bad food, but it was not too bad. But if I go to Sharm El Sheikh again, I will go to a different hotel.”

“This hotel has no proper restaurant for only bed&breakfast. Around this hotel, neither it is. So I changed my option to be half-board. In this app bed&breakfast is $26 including tax and fee, and half-board is $28 but when I told the reception in order to be half-board, it became $10, 5 times more expensive than that in this app. I wanted to change my option in this app, if I could. I already told them it should be only $2 but they ignored me and repeatedly told me it's $10.... It's a 4 star...
