Our first interaction with Grand Mercure Roxy, was we requested that they keep one of our Large bags with them for a few days BEFORE we even checked in (as we were going to spend a few days in Johor Bahru first). It was not a problem for them to accommodate us for this. When we came through the front door, we were warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. When we came back after our JB Trip to check in, we were quickly helped and checked in no problems. The hotel is very spacious, including the lifts, hallways etc. The Daily Breakfast was extensive and delicious. On our checkout day, we were checking out at 5am (so before the breakfast buffet opened). We mentioned this to the front desk the day before and were told not to worry. They would have some Food packs made up, so we wouldn't miss out. This so far has been the best hotel we've stayed in, in Singapore and plan to make it our regular!!! 5 Stars!!!

Wonderful hotel with lovely staff. Perfect location as well -mrt station is in front of the hotel whilst there is a food centre is across the road. East Coast Park is also just a short walk away.
