This hotel is a good budget option if you already had been in Singapore before and just need a quick layover option transferring to/from the cruise or to/from Changi airport. Our room was rather cosy, but very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and efficient getting our to-go breakfast bags and ordering our taxi at 5:30 in the morning.

The hotel was good value for money, enough choice on breakfast buffet to suit everyone. The room was a bit too small and the bathroom was tiny - but can’t complain for the price we paid. Staff were friendly, hotel very clean and within 5 min walk of MRT.

Book this hotel in emergency as previous hotel room was full of pest. Holiday express hotel staff were friendly and polite. Hotel was clean relatively quiet despite on the main road. Close to food, shopping and transport facilities. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again in future.

We had a great stay here for a few nights after the end of our cruise and before heading home. It's about 30 minutes from the airport by taxi, near enough to walk to an MRT station, and therefore a great location with lots of kind and helpful staff available.

I really enjoyed my stay at hotel. The staff is so kind and welcoming including kitchen & housekeeping staff members. I liked the idea of green initiative for sustainable growth the hotel is working on. It's very convenient to access through bus and mrt with lots of food options available around. I would like to suggest few improvements as well. It woukd be better to get face towels as well and as developing world TVs in rooms should swirch to smart options to guests for connecting their personal devices for better entertainment options. Some of the electrical plugs should also be equipped with USB and other charging ports as not every travel us gonna carry the adepters. However the reception staff had few back ups for that. Overall it was pleasent stay and would like to see you again.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The free breakfast is a big plus. The only downside is that the room is very cramped. I hoped to use the desk for work, but couldn't do it because the desk is just too small, and there is hardly space between the bed and the desk for me to sit there.
