Room was very clean, and had everything we needed including great air conditioning. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Location was great in terms of being close to two train stations, however as other reviews also share, the area isn’t the nicest. This did catch us slightly off guard the first night we arrived, but honestly during the day it’s totally fine and in the evenings / night time it’s not dangerous, just a bit seedy. For the price I think it’s a great deal, and I would stay here again! :)

This hotel location is good if you are looking for living in a local neighborhood. The staff are super friendly. But there are few things I am not happy about: the pillows and the bed are thin and hard, the blanket is thin, there is no small face towels provided and the door or wall is not sound proof. I have to wear ear plugs sometimes. Air conditioner is good.

Very good staff. Room was decent. It's not great, but we don't worry about top quality as long as it's decent for the price. The only negative is the area is not the greatest...I wouldn't let women walk alone very far. But for the price it's good value.

The hotel offers a pleasant stay with friendly staff. Its proximity to the MTR station is highly convenient. Guests will enjoy the abundant choices of local restaurants and the convenience of a Sheng Siong supermarket nearby. The only significant design suggestion is to redesign the bathroom door; a sliding door would be far more efficient than the current swing door, which wastes valuable space in the room.
