I booked for a Sea View but they gave me lower 6th floor and Marina Bay View instead which is right in front of a construction. They have my welcome gift late in the evening as well and not before check in. Staff Rudy lied to us about having a welcome gift being prepared in our room that’s why he couldn’t check us in 30minutes early and he even lied about us being upgraded. Even after I had told him were so tired after our long flight from US and Canada and I was with 2 senior citizens celebrating retirement.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality options to choose from. Everything was well organised and very clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff , Kei and Ganes from the main restaurant were excellent. Super well equipped .. the main lift system was extremely fast and efficient..never had to wait more than a few seconds Great gym and pool too Only comment with breakfast was that I didn't like the coffee. I found it very bitter but I guess its a matter of choice

Es war alles vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken perfekt. Das Frühstück war unglaublich gut und das Personal sehr nett. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Grace die uns beim Frühstück fürsorglich betreute. Auch der Mittagslunch, den wir einmal genießen durften ist sensationell und von hoher Qualität. Rundum gesehen eine hervorragende Erfahrung. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen es auch weiter

Almost perfect. The staff were incredible - really really polite, friendly and helpful. I’ve not experienced this level of service anywhere else. Docked one star because the bars don’t open until 5. Not a problem for many people but when you’re on holiday (me at least), and you fancy a relaxing glass of wine or a beer (or a soft drink), you’d expect this. Otherwise outstanding
