All the reviews that I read before booking was spot on. Clean room, helpful and friendly staff and breakfast was good too. I like the location as it is convenient taking the taxi or the MRT to the places I want to go to. There were food halls, restaurants and shopping adjacent to the hotel which was a nice surprise.

Although my English wasn't very good, the staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel is located right above the MRT station, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient! There are also plenty of convenience stores and places to eat nearby, so finding food was never an issue.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, daily room cleaning service efficient. The drain in my bathroom was a bit tired and smelly and there wasn’t really anywhere to sit and chat if you weren’t in the restaurant, in the pool or in your room.

The room was clean, laundry was very convenient, the staff was helpful whenever we needed help. The only complain I have is I didn't like the water filter, we bought bottled water all throughout our stay. Location was very convenient, there were a good selection of food stalls.

The location is great, right on top of a MRT station with easy access to downtown. The only complain I have is that their elevators are very slow and are not well coordinated. We waited a long time to get into a very jammed one, even though they have 6 elevators in operation.
