The best thing about the room was it was clean. The kitchen did have a few pots and pans. I had to use the big pan to flush the toilet.There was 1 glass in the kitchen, but no coffee pot of any kind. The bed qas horrible and the pillows were like airline throw away pillows. I messaged about the toilet. The person in charge said they would have some one look at it I asked when and got no reply. So of course we were out when they came and it didn't get fixed. So we used the 2 pans of water in the tank method of flush while we were there. I almost forgot my next door neighbors partying until 4:00 AM one morning. There is no insulation in the walls so they might as well been in the room with us. That was a miserable night. On the other hand the pool was clean and it is only about 3 blocks to the beach. I will never go back it is to rough for me but that is what I get for trying to save a few bucks. I would much rather have been farther from the beach and been a little more comfortable.

Futon is very uncomfortable, no sheets provided. Did have pillow and quilt. Tore my shorts on a wire coming through the cushion of futon. Bathroom desperately needs a remodel. Cleaned but mold in caulk in tub. Floor in bath missing tiles, a little mold. Sink was remolded but glass is chipped. Curtain rods missing ends and coming out of wall. Kitchen was updated and okay. Living room ok. Bedroom was ok. Place just looks used and could be made nice with some effort. Just don’t plan on use of futon, like sleeping on metal bars.

Not at all what’s pictured. We bought a bottle of bleach to wipe everything down. Old and run down. Perfect location for the beach and Blue Heron Bridge though!

Property is deteriorating and would not recommend staying. The pictures pictured on your website do not match the room on the listing. Water does not get hot, room amenities that are to be in the room per the listing description do not exist either. The place seems to be a long term rental for other tenants that were there.

The heater only blows cold air. The shower does not get hot. There were only thin bed covers. The room smelled like weed. The dryer doesn’t dry, only tumbles.

Disgusted refused to give refund, we arrived late due to our flight so it was like one in the morning so we had to stay. We were welcome to buy a huge cockroach on its back still living. Try to put a pizza in, but open it at the oven and the entire room filled with smoke because it was so dirty so we said no way on the pizza the next morning a stranger I’m not quite sure who it was but just walked right into the room so they knew the code so obviously they were part of the team, but they didn’t have a name tag on and I was sitting right there in the bed and if I wouldn’t have my clothes on, I would’ve been totally exposured. Singer Island is a beautiful island so location is great, but I would much rather stay someplace where I could actually lay down in the bed. The couch had ripped in it the shower you could barely twist a circle and I weigh 120 pounds the room smelled like smoke. They were burn marks on the tables from past guests who would lay their cigarette and like I let it burn out rips in the couch, didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it, unsure if there were bedbugs on there, who knows the property refused to refund my money, which is bizarre, but I will be reporting them to every resource known possible.

For the age of the property it was clean. The walls are thin so I could hear the neighbors tv all night. I love the quaintness of it and the island is cool if you want something more lowkey.

Management communication was good. Pictures on website do not reflect the actual room. My room didn’t have smoke alarms, the refrigerator was broke and it didn’t have a hair dryer. Management did bring me a new small refrigerator, installed a smoke alarm and supplied a hair dryer. The room ai rented was supposed to have a queen bed and a queen futon, it did not. Management brought me an air mattress. The washer and dryer were broke. Pool was nice. The gas grill was a charcoal grill and was awful. The oven in my room was from the 1950. I wouldn’t use it, it appeared unsafe.

Ok it feels mean to even write a poor review because once I finally made contact with these folks they were really very nice and TRIED to at least seem like they were accommodating with check in check out times, but having no working lights for 5 days feels very partial refund like no lights for real? No one ever came to check on that like they said they would and when I asked for TP, towels and trash bags was given 2 towels for a 5 day stay with 2 people…at the beach, and given one roll of TP no trash bags. There’s also no hot tub on site for info of the ppl and I understand there was a lot of rain but there shouldn’t be a roach issue so bad that they need to spray every week because after finding two massive dead ones in my unit I was scared to leave my suitcase open how gross to be taking one of those suckers home. The tv was also completely blue and I didn’t even bother asking for anything else to be fixed after the initial 5-6 things were heard recognized and told they would be fixed and were never even looked at Hard for my soul to leave mixed or bad reviews because I feel like these people have a good heart but like that was not worth all of my Money.. half a grand? I’ve def spent less in motel 6’s in outskirts of Orlando in nicer conditions Not as advertised. Ugh I’m torn between warning those who come in the future to not put ur card down as they offer no refunds even if paying on site and trying to give these ppl the fighting chance to make the units nicer

Disappointing.

The kitchen oven top does not work. There were four skillets no pans. Everytime food started cooking, the burner would cool off. Just trying to fry an egg was frustrating. Towel had holes in it- 3. Furniture caused you to sink - couch, dining room chair. Dining table leg coming off, glass coffee table glass was rocky and dangerous. Shower tile slick. Property needs upgrades- painting on railings. Pool was clean, room clean. Beds were horrible with foam pad on top. Love boutique motels but would not recommend this to anyone. Check in at 4 had to call no information on check in till I called and received at 4:41 pm. Location was good.

Have you ever been catfished? Hatfished? Well I got hotelfished. The property looked NOTHING like the images. The dresser had wood colored duct tape and a hole in the drawer. There was no bedroom door, just some sad accordion paneling that looked like it was as over being there as we were. The weed smell completely permeated the rooms, even the blanket. The sad red pleather couch that looks like it has been in some rather unsavory films was not comfortable. The bed? A mattress on a frame. My back is going to hurt for weeks. The microwave said do not microwave. The fridge had no light. The TV did not work AT ALL. I messaged the propery manager but the only time he replied was to say when checkout was. We arrived on 4th of July and there just wasnt going to be a feasible way to get another room. Not to mention a deep dive on the property says you will NEVER see a refund. The locals would laugh when they heard where we were staying. The area was definitely sketchy at night. The floors will cut up your feet, so definitely wear shoes. The only two good things the place had going for it was the AC put out harder than some of the unsavories in the neighborhood, and the porch lizards were cute. I would rather stay in a tent with the iguanas on Riviera Beach than go back, much less ever recommend it to anyone.

I don't like giving a bad review because I know how much it affects businesses, but in this case, I can't give a good review. The experience at the property I was staying at wasn't good at all. First, the house didn't smell good, either in the bathrooms or the bedrooms. The ceiling in one of the bathrooms was damp, and the sink in the half-bathroom was loose, which can be dangerous for families, especially with small children or older adults. Furthermore, the noise from the house above was unbearable. People running around recklessly in the apartment above, banging on the floor until the wee hours of the morning, and from early in the morning onward, all day long. Add to all this, the owners are very informal, to say the least. We accidentally paid a double cleaning fee and overpaid 100.00. We realized it immediately and contacted the property manager, who agreed to refund the money. They told us they had returned the money to our account, but they never returned the money and kept money that wasn't theirs. They aren't serious people, so they don't deserve a good review. I don't recommend this property to anyone. I wouldn't want anyone to have a bad stay, much less feel scammed.

We were just very disappointed because our refrigerator was not working and we bought food for the week and the property manager kept telling us he’s going to take care of it and he never did we lost about $100 worth of food. Otherwise you were very happy with the cleanliness in the pool in the hot tub.
