"My wife and I had a great stay at Signeil for our honeymoon. The hotel embodies what I imagine a true 5/5 star hotel would be versus other ordinary 5 star hotels you see around town.
From the moment we exited the taxi we always had atleast 1 staff member within earshot who would tend to our questions/needs. They had multiple staff member on rotation at all stations around the hotel. You'd never see an empty service desk and you didn't have to wait long if at all to be tended to.
Our room was excellent being upgraded to the Riverview bathtub on the 101st floor (the highest of the hotel) and truly felt like being above the clouds. Even at reception you could see so far into the distance, I'd spend hours just staring out the window.
Morning breakfast was fantastic as well with staff constantly cycling out dirty plates and cutlery. It felt like you were eating in a fine dining institution but it's a hotel buffet breakfast. There was also a good variety of foods for breakfast so it should meet everyone's needs.
Overall I'd recommend looking at the hotel as an experience rather than place to stay and sleep."
