"We had a wonderful time in Dague mainly because of Forest 701 Hotel. We stayed 10 nights. It was our first time in S. Korea. The hotel staff was helpful in so many ways. My husband needed distilled water for his CPAP machine. Ko took him to a pharmacy to purchase it because the nearby stores were closed when we arrived. We weren't prepared for the weather. It rained most of the first three days of our stay. The front desk gave us an umbrella. They could have told us to buy one from 7-11, it was across the street, but they chose to be kind instead. They helped us do our laundry onsite free of charge. Every day they helped us with directions and getting taxis when we needed them. In general, we found S. Korea clean, safe, and easy to navigate, but the hotel staff removed the stress of trying to figure things out on our own. No matter how many questions we asked they were kind and helpful. We were forced to use our phones for translation because we don't speak Korean, but they didn't mind. They were patient with us when communicating. We also had family members arrive a week after us. Their reservation was changed easily when they had travel delays and needed an extra day. The hotel has a computer in the room and a business center with printer. It also has a well equipped fitness center. Forest 701 is a great location close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation."
