É um bom apart, confortável e limpo! Banheiro pequeno, sem box, mas nada que incomodasse. Condominio silencioso. Há uma goteira no lustre do banheiro que deve ser verificado. Atendimento foi pelo whatsapp e tudo muito rápido!
