Not great

The plus sides were that the breakfast was really nice and the chateau itself was great for photos. The service was a bit absent, and the room we stayed in really needs an overhaul. The curtains didn’t cover the windows and the bathroom was very tired and only had a bath, despite being a very large room and would easily fit a nice size shower cubicle.

Absolutely horrendous- the room was freezing, had a horrible smell and had maggots in the sink. The room itself was extremely unclean and the staff did not care for our complaints. Definitely do not recommend.

Leider waren die Wände im Bad und Schlafzimmer feucht und im Schlafzimmer der Kinder war Schimmel am Boden und an der Wand. Dieser war dem Eigentümer und Personal bekannt. Die Umgebung war sehr schön, ebenso das Frühstück.

God mottagelse, veldig hyggelig personale, god mat på restauranten. Rommet lå i en egen bygning adskilt fra slottet. Fint rom med god plass og gode senger. Mye støy fra biler som kjører på veien som gikk inntil husveggen. Det var også utrolig dårlig lydisolasjon mellom rommene. Våre naboer i etasjen over kom hjem kl 4 på natten, og vi kunne høre alt de sa, og at de gikk frem og tilbake over gulvet. Det ble dessverre minimalt med søvn på oss

Quelque peu déçu

Séjour de deux nuits dans le cadre d'un événement Vespa pour la deuxième année consécutive, confort de la chambre très bien. Par contre la TV ne fonctionnait pas correctement image brouillée et son distordu le premier soir, plus du tout le lendemain. De plus rentrant d'un tour de 500 km en Vespa, le deuxième soir pas de chauffage et pas d'eau chaude pour prendre une douche. Le lendemain matin idem toujours pas d'eau chaude. Lors du petit déjeuner, j'en parle à une employée à la réception. J'aurais quand même apprécié un geste commercial en compensation des désagréments.

Decepcionante. O quarto estava um gelo, esqueceram de ligar a calefação. Reservamos um quarto com cama para nossa filha e tivemos que dormir juntos para nos aquecer. Entramos em contato e sugeriram trocar de quarto, mas com uma unica cama de casal

Kamers hadden een Moffe GEUR = NIET AANGENAAM , kamers waren koud en oud ,stof in de badkamer , precies dat de kamer nog in maanden niet verlucht waren ,alsook het gebouw , water was niet warm. Voor de Prijs Heb ik al beter hotels of overnachtingen gehad , Raad dit niet aan deze accomodatie , het ontbijd was gewoon ,niet uitgebreid.

Ontbijt was redelijk , matras bed was goed. Kamer 20 was verschrikkelijk ; netheid vloer, zere muffe geur vloerbelkedingtapijt,spinnenwebben , uitwerpselen of opgedroogde vliegen onder bed , stof op luchter , zetel om met geen tang aan te pakken laat staan slapen , netheid badkamer,afwerking van toegangsdeur bij gesloten stand,afwerking badkamerraam anno glasdal , er was een deur voorzien in de kamer en bij het openen zaten we op een deel van de zolder volledig onder de pannen , defect bubbelbad en dit voor 100 euro .

Very friendly host, made us feel really welcome. Due to corona, we had to get take out food, but forgot to bring fork and knife, so we gave him a call. When we got to the room, it was already there. Good breakfast, dogs allowed, beautiful castle.

"logeren in een "kasteel"

Men boekt onder de noemer chateau de la motte en uiteindelijk beland je is een oude weliswaar nette opgesmukte schuur met verschillende kamers over 2 verdiepen +gelijkvloers. Afstand van de kamers, gelegen aan een andere straat en toegankelijk via een bospad (wat in een strenge winter?)ongeveer 150m tot de ontbijthoek/brasserie. Het kasteelkader is wel mooi, maar dient enkel als naam
