โWe had the most special stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. The property is so clean and the attention to details are incredible. Douglas was more than helpful with any of our needs and a great help with dinner reservations as well as entrance tickets to the major attractions. I would highly recommend staying here and enjoying the hospitality. โ
โAwesome location. A bit of a walk from downtown Sintra but it had a big public parking lot right next door. We parked the car and walked downtown and to all of the castles. The room was extremely small but it was all we needed. Try "pasta de nata" frim the coffee shop next door......amazing!โ
โThe room is spacious and is very clean. For travellers with heavy lugguage, be aware, there's no elevator in the facility. Few points that would keep me from going back is, there's no one in the reception, I mean the reception door is locked (at least when I was there) so I couldn't get information about Sintra and the house when I needed. The dog living next door kept barking at night. The wooden floor can be quirky, sound might destract you if you are a sensitive sleeper.

The downside is only that you are quite far out from Sintra and even further away from Lisbon. If you don't rent a car (which would be better), public transportation is doable, but it will take a lot of your time, as I found out!โ
