“Très agréable hôtel/lodge, accès direct à la plage Après c est loin d être luxueux comme il l Affiche… les chambre spacieuses, mais mériterai d’ être repeinte, aussi la salle de bain. La literie très moyenne, le matelas sans aucune alèse ou protection, juste un draps qui le recouvre… Après grosse déception pour la piscine, l eau était si trouble qu on ne voyait même pas le fond et donc ne m’y suis même pas baigner. Le resort est vraiment agréable sinon, mais il faudrait vraiment que...

“The place was really nice and clean. The toilet was a bit cramped because of the washing machine. But at least there's a washing machine. It would have been better if there's a parking space inside the condo ”

“Modern villa with beautiful pool overlooking ocean. Very clean and spacious. Nice restaurant. 10/10 service. Family and children loved it and felt very comfortable here. The manager Tess was excellent at facilitating our departure home.”

“The location is in an elevated setting quite high in the mountain offering guests a clear view of the trees and peak of the mountain range. The owner Dan is pleasant and offers guests a tour of property and shares insights on the surrounding area. The inside of property is neat and organized for guests. If you have children, the local dogs on the property are quite noisy all night (5-7 dogs) and seem to act as a security detail. ”

“New apartment but nowhere near downtown, it was almost walking distance to the airport even though when I researched it before booking Google maps has it near downtown. Another problem is that the AC is woefully inadequate for the size of the apartment so it never gets cool enough plus the AC is the old box type and not inverter so it's somewhat noisy. On the upside it's a huge apartment with a TV with YouTube connectivity so there is plenty to watch. It's a new place so if you don't mind it...

“Stayed here for 12 days. Beautiful property and friendly staff and tenants. Felt like home. My gf and I stayed an additional 4 days here instead of going to downtown dumaguette. Walking distance to Valencia town square (12/13 mins).”

“No lights in hallway and building at night. You will need to use the light on your phone or a flashlight to find your room at night. Also at checkout they charge for cleaning the room. Worst place in Dumaguete.”

“친절하고 조용합니다. 저희 빼고 다 유럽사람 이었습니다. 리조트 앞 바다가 있고 밤에 별세상입니다. 반딪불도 날라 다니고 오토바이렌탈은 450페소로 저희는 3박 중 이틀 렌트해서 다녔습니다. ”

“This is, as the name say, a diving resort and it was scuba equipment all over. The pool seemed to be used for scuba training. So it’s not a relaxing resort but definitely a good one if you want to learn to scuba dive. ”
