Hotel Europa was even better in person than the photos. Idyllic location, beautiful views and drinks and friendly staff. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel in Sirmione. The renovation is stunning in every way possible. We will definately be coming back

Wonderful hotel with stunning lake views. Great breakfast included in a pretty garden. It was quite a walk to the Old Town but there are restaurants and a supermarket close by. We stayed in a Junior Suite that had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and lake.

Excellent service from all the staff. They made us feel welcome. The hotel has been upgraded; everything is new. The rooms are large, and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. It's a great place to stay in Sirmione. Nadia at reception is so nice. We will stay here again in the future.

This is a great place to stay in Sirmione. The hotel is recently updated, I recommend paying a little extra for a lake view. Good breakfast and close to many restaurants. If going to the Roman ruins in Old Town you can take a public bus for two Euros, parking is possible but limited near Old Town. The hotel also has a very nice, clean and warm pool. I would definitely return.

Hotel is beautiful, you have access to the spa pool, bicycles to go around, great breakfast, deck to the lake, and the exterior pool is as well great. We booked for one night amd decided to stay one more night.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the time we departed we were greeted and provided impeccable hospitality, service and attentiveness for our every need and comfort. We were recommended very good restaurants for dinner each night where we had fantastic experiences and food. Patrizia and Nadia were fantastic at the reception being ever so helpful always. The owners of the hotel were also at the hotel all the time involved with every facet of serving guests all day. The hotel is at a great location with its own private beach and far away from the crowded areas of Sirmione. We would love to stay at Hotel Europa again when we return to Sirmione.

Sehr schöne und modernes Zimmer. Super Betten mit klasse festen Matratzen. Wir haben super geschlafen. Der Balkon - eher Terrasse - mit Blick auf den See ist toll. Die Poolanlage, der Zugang zum See mit eigener Liegewiese für Hotelgäste ist schön. Das Frühstück ist gut, für die Hotelklasse gibt es im Vergleich allerdings Hotels mit einem besseren Angebot. Das Einzige was uns gestört hat, waren die Kunstoffstühle auf dem Balkon. Sie sehen zwar optisch gut aus, aber wir fanden sie nicht bequem. Tief, halb liegend in einer Kuhle , weicher nachgebender Kunstoff - für uns unbequem und für ältere Semester nicht geeignet. Mal gerade sitzen zum Trinken geht gar nicht. Da gibt es bessere Möglichkeiten an Bestuhlung. Personal freundlich und Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

Ett otroligt fint hotell! Allt är nytt och fräscht, läget är otroligt , utsikten ifrån hotellet var magisk, bra ac på rummen , bra frukost, allt allt var jättebra! De var suveränt med egen brygga och strand också! Kommer absolut boka detta hotell igen!!

O Hotel não fica muito próximo ao Castelo, mas isto não me incomodou. Pegue um quarto de frente para o lago. Muito boa experiência. O quarto em si é novo e moderno, com bom espaço no banheiro. Acabei não usando as instalações do hotel, mas achei tudo muito bonito e novo. O staff sempre muito agradável e atencioso. Voltaria com certeza

Fint hotell i bra, lugnt läge. Fräscht, vänligt, hjälpsam service, mkt bra frukost & fin restaurang (åt två middagar där). En bra bas för både avkoppling & utflykter runt Gardasjön och med fin strandpromenad till Sirmione ”centro historico”!

Rauhallinen hotelli, rauhallisella alueella. Sisätiloissa siisteydestä huolehdittiin erinomaisesti, mutta parvekkeilta, ja aurinkotuoleista, olisi voinut hämähäkinseitit pyyhkäistä pois. Parvekkeen seinä oli täynnä pieniä hyönteisiä. Nekin olisi saanut helposti harjattua pois. Sekä sisä- että ulkoallas oli todella kylmä. Ihanat näköalat ja todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Plussaa myös rantapyyhkeistä.

Es ist ein sehr schönes, neues und komfortables Hotel. Nur der zeitweise schlechte Internetzugang ist negativ zu bewerten. Vermutlich liegt das aber nicht am Hotel, sondern an der Region.
