Recommended location if driving through Eswatini.

Stunning location, gear staff eager to help us enjoy the location and have a good time. We booked last minute, found this place in dark with no issue, rooms were ready and we actually enjoyed evening playing pool, having dinner by the fireplace and listening to good vibes. It was a great night in an unexpected location, and staff were very willing to help even though we booked it last minute at night, they still served us with dinner and breakfast was included. Highly recommended. And they view was amazing in the morning!

Service was amazing

The staff took care of us, they made sure that the room was cleaned everyday and new towels were provided everyday while we were there. We had breakfast prepared, the scones were amazing. I will definitely be back soon!

Not a bad place to overnight. Very dated and maintenance lacking. View from rom was good. Smalls the duty manager was friendly and helpful. Sadly no breakfast included as advertised. Resturant closed.

Room and shower, toilet and basin was dirty and neglected. Spiderwebs in bathtoom. Mattresses warn. Bedding not well cleaned. Reception was friendly but poor service and staff disorganized. Reception area, dining room and front area overwhelmed with smoke from the pizza oven for hours. Ordered two take away meals, promised to be ready soonest. Waited for almost two hours and had fetch it personally. Food was cold and not tactful. Photos and pictures displayed on website and social media are very misleading and do not reflect the actual state of the premises and amenities. Not to be considered in future, nor recommended for any visitors or tourists.

Fantastic location - It's fairly easy to get to either by car or by kombi (minibus) from Manzini. My room had a stunning view for miles and miles across the country and a comfortable couch to sit on and enjoy it with a drink or a book. Great staff - the staff was nothing but lovely and always trying to answer my question and accommodate my requests. Big room with a comfy bed & massive bathroom. Lots of common space to sit and relax or chat with other travelers. Free tea/coffee 24/7. The WiFi was slow and only worked in the dining area but that seems to be a typical eSwatini issue as I have experienced that in other accommodation, too (and at least at Buckswood they don't charge for WiFi).

When we arrived we were told that they have no room available. This was on a Saturday afternoon at 16:05. We left Mozambique that morning at 04:00 and was left very frustrated and a little angry.

Helpful and friendly service

Trip had hiccups at the start. Struggled to get a shuttle to hotel then was told my booking was non-existent on arrival because afternoon front desk staff had not communicated to evening personnel. What was frustrating was I had called to confirm as soon as I paid online about 4days in advance. After that was sorted the it was alright- the breakfast was great. My room -on a budget- was ok.

We hadden drie kamers gehuurd. Een was er goed. De andere waren slecht. Handdoeken ontbraken, geen warm water, geen stroom, een kapotte douche, kakkerlakken, een kapot bed etc. Daarnaast was niets van de menukaart te verkrijgen : geen koffie, het ijs werd ter plekke gehaald bij de supermarkt, het diner.. Het zwembad was voor de helft gevuld. Hoewel we in augustus - in de winter - waren, hadden we verwacht dat dit soort dingen op orde waren. Verder is er sprake van achterstallig onderhoud, zo zakten we door de tuinstoelen en lagen er in de tuin bij het zwembad overal bierdoppen en sigaretten peuken. Al met al voor ons reden om eerder dan gepland na 1 nacht weer te vertrekken.

un séjour agréable malgré l’état général des lieux

Avec notre œil d’européen, le complexe peu sembler un peu limite, surtout pour nous qui y étions en août ( hors saison ici) mais lorsque l’on regarde autour de soit, il faut relativiser Électricité ok Eau courante et chaude pour une bonne douche ok Personnel agréable et fait son possible pour répondre à nos attentes
