Unexpectedly great hotel

Amazingly friendly and service minded young man in charge of this small village hotel. Renovated rooms with comfy beds mixed with old time charm and homestyle breakfast. Will return next year!

Stadshotell?

A simple hostel accommodation- but clean! The breakfast is also a simple version of international bf - but does it’s job…

I stayed at the hotel for four nights in August 2026 during the Malmen Air Show. The hotel feels a bit deserted. However, my room was perfectly fine, featuring a newer, modern bathroom and toilet. The host was very friendly and accommodating. On the downside, there was quite a bit of traffic noise from the street. On the plus side, parking is free. I had a pleasant stay, though the hotel probably isn't for everyone. Read other reviews.

Front door locked. Had to call to get someone to open the door and check us in. Bar or restaurant never opened. Room was hot and nott very clean. Breakfast was terrible. Glad we only had to stay one night.

Mkt centralt stadshotell i pittoreska Skänninge.
