Overall, the hotel was very good. However, some of the lights in the room were not working, and although it was a suite-level room, the view was rather disappointing. In addition, the step inside the room made it inconvenient to move luggage, and there did not seem to be staff specifically available or proactive in assisting with luggage”

“In front of central station Very good place to look around the city”

“Great location from which to explore Stockholm. Our room was spacious, hot and strong shower. Slightly outdated in decor but made up for this in comfort. Breakfast was fantastic - the staff worked incredibly hard to make sure the busy buffet was constantly restocked - wide choice of breakfasts for different nationalities. The hotel had lovely touches such as free tea and coffee available in reception with homemade biscuits, as well as jars of toffees. The staff were very friendly and helpful....
