"Room was cleaned but need improvement. Check in staff seem to be nice,but the way his response is quite rude. My early check out date was interesting with no hot water."

"We stayed in a room with a pullout bed which was more like a torture device. Seems it had not been updated in a very long time. Also our TV never worked, water pressure went in and out. Not a good experience. We wont be back. "

"Not only was the facility excellent, the staff & manager were the highlight of this stay! They went out of their way to be helpful and supportive. I left my cell phone in the complimentary lyft ride from the Burbank airport and the staff totally jumped in to do whatever was needed in facilitating my cell phone return. Within 2 hours, cell phone restored, I was back to scheduled events. Would absolutely return for a stay."
