The breakfast was actually really good. The fan in the bathroom would randomly squeal but otherwise not bad.
The staff here were beyond wonderful. Hot breakfast was delicious and rooms were very clean. You can tell the staff take pride in their work. The quality and service found here is extremely rare elsewhere now.
Clean and quiet, beds were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was really good! The only issue we had was that the pool was really cold. But the little ones still had fun!
Stayed in the room with the whirlpool with my partner and two children. We loved having access to our private "hot tub", my son loved the waterslide and pool. Being able to use the laundry room and fitness facilities was a really lovely bonus. I found the gym appropriately equipped for a small Northern Alberta hotel. Every staff member was beyond kind and helpful. Thank you so much for the lovely stay

Great service, room was quiet and clean, I wanted a hot tub but none of the hotels in town have one so why not settle for the second best option a warm pool and fun waterslide. The breakfast changes up every day (the style of eggs and meat) and is good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Slave Lake!!
This isn’t even the same hotel in the pictures. Rented a room that was not what I received.
Same chain different hotel. The beds were terrible. Springs into your back. Woken up at 3 am from people shoveling and screaming at each other.
Staff was great. But it was just a lie this hotel.

Place was clean and had all the amenities. However we decided to stay with our daughter because of the pool and waterslide.
Pool was ice cold, waterslide not functioning and dark and creepy as 8 out of the 10 lights in pool area are burnt out.
People were friendly and rooms were clean.
Nothing special about this hotel. Very average. Wouldn’t stay again. Gym was very poor.

The property was clean and safe. We had rented the king size room with the hot tub. The main door bolt did not close. The hairdryer did not work. We had to keep asking for extra towels and pillows and unfortunately, when I booked, they did not inform us, the pool was closed.
Old hotel in need of many updates. Toilet did not flush, TV did not work. There was food on the walls that just had not been cleaned. The kids loved the pool and the bed was comfortable. Took a long time for checkin. There was no staff present for approx 10 mins. Would not stay here again.
