“We arrived and check in went great. One of our rooms weren’t ready (which we were checking in at 5pm so it should have been ready). Anyway we rented two rooms. One room was great. Updated and up to par. The other had 3 cockroaches in it AFTER it was supposedly cleaned. Called front desk and he said he would be up to spray. After 15mins he never showed. Called front desk again and he searched and found us a better room on a different floor. That room was ok. Staff was extremely helpful....

“The property had broken toilet seat. I had to go down to the desk every day for the four days I was there to re-sync my room car to get into the room. The ironing board was broken. The breakfast was a joke. All they had was cereal, waffles, no meat, and hard-boiled eggs. I would definitely never ever go back there again, and I deserve a refund or at least a portion of what I paid to endure this terrible state.”
