Clean and spacious, with good facilities. Staff were polite and generally helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good. The pool and poolside area is independent from the hotel and reached through a tunnel under the main road. You have to get a reservation ticket to use the sunbeds, and only a proportion of the sunbeds are allowed for hotel users.
We asked for adjoining and if possible connecting rooms in advance, and received an acknowledgement of this: "room allocations next to each other is subject to availability on the day of your arrival. While we cannot guarantee it, we will certainly take a note of your request and do our best to accommodate you." On arrival we were assigned rooms that were 4 floors apart, one of which had a connecting door to another room. How hard is it for a modern hotel to reserve two adjoining or connecting rooms in advance? We consider this poor customer service; very disappointing.
