A little difficult to understand parking and apartment location video but manager responded to questions with a screenshot of parking location and the apartment location. "A beautiful hotel in a beautiful place. They have a fantastic free breakfast and shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at the parking garage. The room was very nice and we had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. My only complaint would be the firmness of the mattress and pillows, they certainly could me more plush and comfortable."

"1990's decor in the room,up dated bathroom, huge wardrobes. No luggage racks,except for a small cut out. Once again we had to improvise. Bed's comfortable. Parking off road awesome, breakfast ok,staff were a little tired and weren't helpful as they tried to close well before 11oclock. Obviously not happy with people on holiday when they weren't. Front counter staff helpful and very accommodating. Casino was clean and fun."
