We would have rated the staff and service a 5 except for the bar which is staffed by bartenders that are not at all friendly or accommodating. The exception was Jennifer who was a delight! The staff in all other areas is fantastic!!!!! "

"Friendly staff, comfy seats outside rooms and by the pool to sit and read, spacious room but small bathroom, plenty of wardrobes and drawers for your clothes. Expensive hotel though so tip for not blowing your whole budget in one day: have very tasty breakfast at Bagels and Brews (front lawn, weekdays only) and dinner at Clarabelles (pizza restaurant out front, book beforehand because it's busy)."
