“Wonderful stay at this farmhouse. Convienently located at the start of peninsula attractions if you are going counter clockwise around it. Nice people, nice walks and hirseback rides, and fantastic food.”

“Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer mit Bad war geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem und die Dusche ausgezeichnet. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und man kann sich außerdem an den vorhandenen Lebensmitteln bedienen. Die Lage ist perfekt, nicht weit von der Straße entfernt aber dennoch ruhig gelegen inmitten der Natur. Wir haben hier eine Nacht verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen.”

“I was impressed with the kitchen and bathroom upgrades. The house had a cozy feel to it. Reasonable price for the stay as well. I was unable to lock the main door from the inside though. The immediate surroundings were a little odd with a warehouse and an abandoned car (?). it would be good to have a shower door to keep the bathroom floor dry and also have a heater in the bathroom. But the highlight of our stay there was rather serendipitous. We saw a beautiful arctic fox near the house. What a...

“예약할 때 '럭셔리코티지'라고 되어 있어서 정말 럭셔리할 걸로 기대하고 도착했었는데, 전망과 조용한 위치는 정말 굿이었으나, 내부 시설은 많이 낡았고, 주방시설이나 식기류 등은 관리가 좀 엉망이었습니다. 다행히 우리가 가져간 약간의 휴대용 그릇과 도구들이 있어서 그걸로 식사준비를 했었습니다. 주방관리에 좀 더 신경을 써 준다면 비록 시설이 오래되어 낡았더라도 정말 괜찮은 숙소가 되지 않을까 합니다.”

“어두운 밤에 도착해서 근처에는 집도 드문드문있고 가로등도 없이 어두워서 찾아가는 길에 이 방향이 맞나 긴가민가 했습니다. 근데 아침에 일어나보니 주변경치가 멋있더라구요... 방은 넓진않아도 온돌처럼 방바닥이 따뜻해지는 구조라 난방이 마음에 들었었구요, 조식은 최고였습니다!!! 그날 손님이 몇팀 안됐는데도 정성껏 차려놓으시고, 특히 여기서 먹었던 빵은 지금껏 먹어보았던 빵 중에서도 손에 꼽힐 정도로 매우 훌륭해서 나중에도 계속 떠올랐었습니다.”

“도로변에 위치하여 찾기쉽지만 지하에 위치한 객실의 환기상태 매우 나쁨.. 주방 시설은 무난.. 여성고객은 피하는게 좋을듯.”

“Nous sommes une famille de 4, nous avons eu l'appartement juste à côté de la Guesthouse, il y a une chambre, salle de bain privée et une cuisine. Pour nos enfants, il n'y avait pas de serviettes de bain, ni de draps pour les couettes et le canapé. La vue est sympathique. Parking privée, et accès à la ville à pied. ”

“the man and women at the front desk were amazing. they went above and beyond for us. we were in a car accident (rear ended) on our first day in Iceland (about 15 minutes from the cottages) and were very stuck as we couldn’t drive the car or make phone calls. we got in contact with them and they not only picked us up but moved us into a room in the main part of the building so that we could be close to the front desk to use their phones to make many calls back and forth to our car rental company....
