“We loved our stay at combe.Our bedrooms were so very nice and comfortable. It is a beautiful building with wonderful architecture and ambience. The breakfast was really good value and a wonderful selection of food,especially as we are vegetarian. The staff were all very helpful. We are looking forward to be able to visit again in the near future.”

“Spent two nights as a couple with a small dog. Totally relaxing break on the banks of the River Trent. Stayed in one of the adjacent cottages (no 14). Excellent. Only niggles were that although the bathroom had been recently refurbished, the extractor fan was not working and there was nowhere to hang a towel. Bathroom had the best shower I have ever used. Talk about a whoosh! We ate both nights in the restaurant. It had a limited menu, but the food was good. Food and drinks reasonably priced....
