“The room was spacious and clean - the bathroom had a good shower so I had a good overnight”

“The hotel a very lovely older hotel, stately, and well maintained. The cost per night was reasonable. We ordered the breakfast when we booked the room. It was well worth it ... a full Irish breakfast that was served to our table rather the the usual buffet line. The only downside was that it was hard to find ... the main entrance was hidden behind a sidewalk cafe. It it was difficult to find a close place to park to unload luggage. Parking was in a public parking lot about a 5 minute walk away.”

“We booked the hotel due to food being served, when we arrived there was no food during the week and only at weekend which was not reflected on the website. Room was not as described, very small, en-suite had mould all in shower, ceiling and it was dirty. ( see photos below ). Bed was damp, cold, springs had gone in mattress, room smelt of damp, was cold, carpet dirty very worn and overall the room was dirty. Carpets in the hallway was dirty and worn, needs to be updated and some money spent in...

“Everything was perfect! Both room 1 & 3 were super clean, warm home, lovely powerful shower, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Trish & Chris were lovely hosts, you can tell they take pride in their welcoming home, delicious cooked breakfast, would love to visit again!”
