“The manager was wonderful and the rooms very comfortable and well appointed. It made for a excellent stay near the hospital and was convenient to downtown shopping and food. The Brewery District is a couple minute walk and great for a bite and pint. ”

“We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. The apartment is beatifully decorated, well equipped and impeccably clean. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended.”

“General stay was good, hotel was nice and clean. However access was a pain due to the dedicated app they use to access the property. I never initially received the email for activating and nor did anothe couple. Which led to a bit of a wait. Stay lets quickly remedied this however.”

“Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

“Great communication, property beautifully decorated. Alrhough no parking there is a 24hr carpaek 5minutes walk away and reasonably priced. Easy to unload bags as road next to it has 1hr free parking. 5min walk and you are in centre of the town which is stunning”

Statford uopn Avon is a place to visit. Not short of things to see and visit. Historic We had a lovely few days. ”

“We received a warm welcome on arrival. As soon as the hotel staff saw I had come with my elderly mother, they helped to give us convenient rooms and floors, for our ease. Many thanks to the staff. The hotel is well located, yet it was quiet at night. ”

“Great stay in pleasantly/conveniently situated hotel. The leisure suite was brilliant except hot tub was only lukewarm on last day - no extra charge for this so we used 4 times on our 2 night break. Breakfast excellent and had one bar meal in hotel which was good. There is a Toby Carvery which is within easy walking distance as an alternative. Plenty of comfortable areas to sit and have free coffee around the bar/reception area.”
