The hotel was tidy but not well maintained. The elevator got stuck with us inside it. It wouldn’t let us push any of the buttons including the call button. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. They knew exactly what was wrong (the up button gets stuck) and fixed it quickly, which seems ...
