โNice staff, newly furnished room, clean and comfy bed, reasonable price with breakfast. Coffee is good.
Very good hotel if you have a car. The nearest bus stop to city or central station is 10-15 minutes' walk.
There are lunch buffet and asian restaurant at the same building and buger place is 5 minutes' walk.โ
โA stunning old building with a lot of character in a beautiful town. I stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed everyday. The breakfast is from 6am and has so much choice, everyone was so friendly and helpful to me, the dinner was delicious and well priced, even the gym is very well equipped! I would love to stay here again โ
โThis particular Bishops Arms feels as though it isn't quite convinced that it's a hotel. There is no reception - one engages the attention of one of the staff in the bar. Once checked in however, the room is perfectly adequate, and, as it turned out, acceptably quiet, given that there is a pub downstairs and it was a weekend. Breakfast is fine (can't speak for the cooked food as we didn't sample it). There is carparking, but it isn't free. โ
